The countdown to the Love, Oregon Festival 2023, running from September 1-3, is on, and we can hardly contain our excitement! We know you've been patiently waiting to hear about the piece de resistance of our festival - the mouthwatering menu, and boy, we're thrilled to deliver.

Our culinary star, Chef Keith Bidwell, in collaboration with our dedicated farmers and fishers, has been busily crafting an extraordinary gastronomic adventure that marries tradition with innovation, paying homage to Oregon's bountiful, rich flavors. Friday Night Family Meal
Picture this: Kenai Red Fish Company sockeye salmon, grilled over mesquite wood on cedar planks and finished with an herby charred onion chimichurri. Grilled corn on the cob with chili lime butter, salt-roasted potatoes tossed with garlic, lemon zest, parsley, and Durant olive oil. And more!

Saturday Brunch
Start your day with a cast-iron baked frittata boasting roasted summer vegetables, local pasture-raised eggs, and gruyere. Or, enjoy a colorful summer fruit salad with citrus zest and mint. The list goes on.

Saturday Night Family Meal
The highlight: Secret Aardvark Jerk marinated Champoeg free-range chicken, slowly grilled over hardwood charcoal with stone fruit salsa and other scrumptious dishes.

Sunday Brunch
Cap off the festival with a Cast iron baked Spanish tortilla with potato, chorizo, kale, onion, cheese, stewed chickpeas with tomato, fennel, and confit onion.
